Low-altitude head-down-the-hole hammer method LH-DH method

Down-the-hole hammer method under low ceilings, under bridges for railways and roads, and under power lines!

We would like to introduce our "Low-Headroom Down-the-Hole Hammer Method LH-DH Method." Using a driving device to rotate the down-the-hole hammer and bit, the piston inside the hammer cylinder is moved back and forth by air supplied from a high-pressure compressor. This movement causes the bit tip to strike and break stones and rock formations, while the excavated soil is removed using a screw and air lift method. To prevent wear and seizure inside the cylinder due to piston movement, it is necessary to spray oil into the air using a line oiler. 【Construction Examples (Partial)】 ■ LH-DH Method ・Height restriction: 4.55m (under special high-voltage lines) ・Steel material: H250 L=7.5 to 9.5m joint pile construction ・Construction machinery: RX2300 low-headroom construction machine, special auger for low headroom AGD7000 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Low-profile casing conveyance down-the-hole hammer method LH-CDH

Low-altitude, under-bridge, under-railroad, under-road bridge, and under-power-line casing conveyance type down-the-hole hammer method!

We would like to introduce our "Low-Headroom Casing Continuous Down-the-Hole Hammer Method LH-CDH Method." By using a special bit and continuously installing protective steel pipes for the borehole walls, we can reliably excavate to the designed height even in collapsed layers with high groundwater levels. After excavation, the steel pipes are left in place, allowing for the extraction of the hammer bit, which ensures that core material installation and solidification with mortar can be carried out effectively. Please feel free to consult us when you need our services. 【Construction Examples (Partial)】 ■ LH-CDH Method - Height restriction: 4.55m (under highway bridge) - Steel material: H300 L=11.5m continuous pile construction - Construction machinery: RX2300 low-headroom construction machine HGS60 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
